Cozy home w/Hot Tub in trendy West Asheville!

The home is located in trendy West Asheville, just a short walk to amazing restaurants, breweries, music venues, bars, and shops. Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore House, and the River Arts District are just a short ride away. This quaint two-bedroom home is the upstairs of a ranch-style house and has a comfortable queen size bed in each room and all linens are provided. Also has a 4 person hot tub just off the kitchen on the back deck to catch a sunset! The living room has a large cozy couch and a TV for a relaxing night in. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including complimentary coffee, and tea, as well as a dining table. There is a full bathroom with extra linens provided. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard where you can relax on a large deck and let your pet play. (Wildlife notice: some of the neighbors have chickens and roosters. As far as this being a disturbance for our guests they are hardly noticed, but it might be disturbing for your pet). We provide private, off-street parking during your stay around the back of the home. I hope you choose my home for your next stay in Asheville! The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends.

Return the thermostat temperature to 72 during the winter and 70 during the summer.

Double check and make sure the slider door is locked from the inside.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not block the driveway at anytime as it is shared with the neighbors. Do not block their access to their backyard.

Please do not try to enter the house before 4:00 pm. Neighborhood QUIET HOURS 10:00pm-7:00am

I left a 15 point appreciation list that I am not sure i can remember off hand: Great directions and check in instructions, The welcome and check out instructions are very clear. Comfortable bed!!! Cozy living room even fleece to curl up with. This asthmatic loved the air purifier and air conditioning. The kitchen is open and beautifully laid out. We even liked the plate decorations. Great knives. The bathroom is cozy...Very Comfortable towels and bath mat. We loved the porch and the deck. I appreciate Jenn's availability in case we needed help. I will remember more later. In short...I cannot imagine anyone not feeling it's a gift to stay here.

The home was perfect for us. It was well stocked with the little things we needed like salt and pepper. I liked the coffee machine because it had both a single shot or full pot of coffee. We enjoyed meals on the back porch and my son relaxed in the hot tub. The location was excellent too.

The mountains and music are what initially drove me to this area and I haven't looked back since. I run an insurance business, but my heart lies with the love for bluegrass music playing guitar and mandolin with various groups around town. My hobbies include backpacking, camping, and exploring these Blue Ridge Mountains.

Why they chose this property

The space has recently has been remodeled and updated. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, clean and has a 4 person hot tub. A unique place for visitors to come and stay while they explore Asheville. The neighborhood is safe and filled with families. The location is a short walk to great restaurants, breweries, and music venues. The River Arts District, downtown Asheville and Carrier Park are also right around the corner. Uber/Lyft and public transportation are readily available to make it your stay easier.
