Great Stay

Perfect house and perfect location. We have a big family and needed more space than a hotel. Great location close to our family and every thing you want to do in Louisville!

Pros: convenient location, tastefully decorated, peaceful covered outdoor seating area, warm lighting, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and clean bathrooms, lots of games, very well stocked spices in the kitchen, great appliances, host was responsive and positive regarding an issue with a kitchen chair, very nice space for our family to gather!Cons: Wi-Fi/router on bedside table in queen bedroom (NOT PICTURED IN LISTING - I contacted the host with concerns about EMF exposure and eventually he basically said he couldn’t offer a solution), early check in offered but host was elusive when communicating, less than stocked kitchen besides spices (house is supposed to sleep 8 - there were 6 forks, 4 adult plates, one small cutting board, one very small strainer, one kitchen towel, and 2 kitchen trash bags for 4 days), when I contacted the host, he was not super helpful about knowing what should be in the house and was not quick to offer a solution), pots and pans were nice but some needed to be washed before we used them

Thank you for your feedback, Danielle. During your stay, the only concerns raised to us were the router and the chair that was damaged by your daughter. As explained, the Wi-Fi equipment must remain in place because it supports essential systems like the smart locks and security features. Early check-in was also never guaranteed, as it depends on our turnover schedule, which was clearly communicated in advance. The other issues mentioned in the review were not brought to our attention during the stay, so we did not have the opportunity to address or investigate them. We also had not received any similar reports from previous guests.
