Relax at this charming Lakehouse with incredible views. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house sleeps 7. It has everything you need for a perfect getaway with family. It sits on a flat lot w/ 211 feet of water frontage in a quiet & safe cove perfect for swimming & kayaking. The screened in porch is a favorite spot to relax & enjoy the views of Lake Martin. The open family room, kitchen & dining is great for families. Located close to restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. Only 30 minutes to Auburn.
The space
This charming lakehouse on Lake Martin is located in the quaint growing southern town of Dadeville. Close to several favorite lakefront restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Its also only 30 minutes away from Auburn, making it a perfect gameday/parents weekend lakehouse. It has a nice flat lot with 211 feet of water. The dock has a boat slip as well as two jetski ports. The screened in porch is where guest love to sit back and relax while watching a stunning Lake Martin sunrise. We have thought of all the must have amenities (lilypad, lifejackets, firepit, grill, floats) that will make your stay one to remember and want to return year after year.

It was the perfect family getaway. The listing states there are no beach towels but there are plenty available. Noting this because beach towels are bulky while packing.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is located in the cute southern city of Dadeville. It’s a perfect location for local family owned stores and restaurants. It’s also only 35 minutes from Auburn.

What makes this property unique

This Lakehouse is special because of the privacy and lake views. It sits back in a safe cove that is great to fish, swim, float and kayak. The views are gorgeous. My fav thing about this Lakehouse is the huge screened in porch. I also love the big patio with tiki hut overlooking the lake. It’s a perfect spot to watch a game, grill out or just hang around the campfire.
