This house has it all....kitchen appointments, beautiful dock, comfortable mattresses, fire pit, rocking chairs on the porch looking out on lake views. It's just a gorgeous property that's well appointed, Amy thinks of everything that you might need to have a fun, safe trip. You really just have to show up with your luggage and your food. You will have a very comfortable, very beautiful time at Lake Martin.

Amy was very responsive and the check in process was very smooth. The house sits in a quiet cove with beautiful views and great water access. Everything was clean and well stocked and we would definitely stay here again!

The property was great and had some very personal touches. I stay in VRBO homes when I travel and this property made me feel very welcome. I also noticed that they had EVERY possible tool/ kitchen utensil that you could possibly need if you had your family stay with you. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay on Lake Martin!

This is an amazing property, and we would definitely stay here again! The host was super responsive and kind. The house was stocked with all the necessaries and lots of extras. It’s is also very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and making s’mores at the fire pit. This is an excellent Lake Martin property, and we highly recommend it!

I cannot say enough about this Lake house and the owners. Ms. Amy is one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. And the house is amazing, well stocked, comfortable, and cozy. This place is a must for anybody looking for a fishing getaway, or a summer vacation.

My family had the best time!! This house is absolutely adorable! It had everything we needed and more. We liked that it was at the end of a little cove so there wasn’t any boat traffic coming by. We were able to fish directly from the dock. Even swim and float at the dock. I enjoyed sipping my coffee every morning on either the porch or the dock, just listening to nature. We were able to experience Chimney Rock and Kowaliga Restaurant by boat ( it’s a long trip by boat). The rooms upstairs did not cool down as much as the ones downstairs. Over all we enjoyed our stay here!!

We had a great stay this past weekend. The check-in process was easy. As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed. Everything was very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. It’s some of the best sleep that I have had in a long time. Everything was so great that we never needed to contact the host. It’s hard for me to comment on the location because my sister and lived next door for over 20 years, so we have been coming here for over 20 years, just usually stay with my sister, but we had too many people this time. We really appreciated that there were cleaning supplies we could access so we could clean up after ourselves. It was a great stay and can’t wait to go back.

Booked this property for the weekend to celebrate an occasion and spend some time with old friends. What we got was exactly what was described! House was fantastic and was everything we wanted and more. For boaters, the location was perfect and the private boat ramp was great for a novice boater with limited trailer experience- no rush, no other traffic and plenty of time to get it right and in the water! Multiple places to relax outside whether on porch, patio, dock or the fire pit. House was clean and well maintained lacking nothing. Location was great with it being right off of Hwy 280. The private dock is situated behind a type of seawall giving a calm docking experience unaffected by wakes or any obstacles. That area provides a perfectly calm and protected area for launches or perhaps self propelled boats/floats without actually going out into the lake. The hosts were very receptive and prompt to reply to questions and it’s obvious that they take good care of the property and are happy to make it available. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to renting it again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect, and you can tell the host put so much thought into every detail. The personal touches made it feel so welcoming, our kids loved everything, the views were beautiful, the dock was great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was also fantastic and made everything easy. The only thing to note is that if you plan to use the boat ramp, make sure your trailer is suitable since there’s a fairly steep drop-off. There is a public boat ramp nearby. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful house, peaceful cove. Thoughtful accommodations for our pet, had all that we needed. Owner very good at communications, had a power outage while we were on the water and she communicated what was happening before we knew it, since we were out enjoying the water. Comfortable beds and huge TV for us to watch our favorite sports. Thank you Amy!
