This is a very clean and comfortable place. We felt right at home. Communication between the owner and I was great. They are very friendly and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something comfortable, clean, warm and inviting in a great location. I would definitely stay there again. I also love that it's pet friendly. It's walking distance from everwhere you would want to go.

We had a few situations one in which a toilet leak and once it was done we were told we would get more towels The people that fixed the toilet gave us two towels but we were told the cleaner would bring towels they didn’t.We were given the wrong code to get it the condo by verbo which was wrong, the owner could not understand where we got that code. We had to try to get a hold of someone and it took forever. Vrbo didn’t give us phone numbers I had to search for it while our dog was having a fit because we couldn’t get in the condo. Not. Good way to start our vacation. Very disappointed.

I’m really sorry to hear about the rough start to your stay. The issue with the check-in code was a glitch on the booking platform’s end, and I’m sorry it caused so much stress. I wish you had reached out using the personal number I provided or even via the chat feature in vrbo, as I’m always available to help fix things like that immediately. I’m glad my handyman was able to get that toilet leak taken care of within the hour and drop off fresh towels and fresh baked cookies to help make things right. I hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your trip despite the hiccups.
