Since most of the cleaning crew doesn’t read English, loading the dishes and start the dish washer at the short 1 hr cycle would help with time and their stress on time.

Great Condo and Perfect Location!

The condo is in a great location; walking distance to the lifts and an easy walk to town. The kitchen was well equipment to make quick lunches or dinners, and there was adequate space for our family with two kids. And the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the Christmas tree made it feel especially cozy and comfortable. The host was extremely welcoming, and the mountain view was stunning. The location offered easy access to the slopes, and it was very convenient that my husband and child could leave their snowboards downstairs at the shop.

We loved our stay here!! The unit was cozy, clean, and well-appointed. It had everything you need - coffee, nice toiletries, extra blankets, etc. It was immaculately clean! Host was very communicative and helpful. Location is superb. I personally think it’s the best spot in Breckenridge - ski in/ski out at Peak 9 and short walk to town. No need to wait around for a shuttle to take you to the slopes or bars/restaurants - it’s ALL within walking distance. Cherry on top was the mountain view! We would happily stay here again!

This property was everything we wanted. Check in and check out were a breeze at the front desk. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were top notch. Plenty of extras and the fan came in handy during the warm weekend. The building had plenty of amenities such as the pool and hot tubs made for a relaxing evening. The close walk to town and hiking trails meant we didn’t have to use our car once. The owner was easy to get in touch with and was quick to respond. Although we had no problems with the unit at all. We will definitely use this listing again!!
