Lovely spot. Some onsite amenities were not available such as the restaurant and general store, but the cottage was perfect for cooking and self sufficiency. Hosts are quick to respond and accommodating. I'd rent again.

The cottage was lovely, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property and the entire resort are "dog friendly," which is the primary reason we chose the Firerock cottage. We enjoyed a number of local hikes that were recommended by the property manager and spent a long day in Canada. Very peaceful.

Work Trip

A comfortable home is a nice cozy, welcoming, and beautiful area with a lot of things to do especially if you love to explore. People friendly and excellent communication with the host(s). Would totally recommend this place to my peers, family, and friends. It’s a lovely get away from home because you still feel at home.

This is a repeat visit to Veranda Beach, the lake is amazing, the view and the access. Pool is great and big. Property at 102 Firerock is wonderful. Updated one bedroom with wrap around covered/screened deck. Landing pad for BBQ and seating, green space for dog, and front porch for quiet morning Coffee. Kitchen has some consumable supplies left for our use (garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, olive oil, salt pepper, coffee and filters. Other supplies: Coffee machine, Kurig machine, plates, utensils, etc. Fridge makes ice (huge bonus) Great host. Great communications.

Surprised to find this cute cottage in Orville, Wa. Very clean and newly updated. Decks are covered and screened and very large. Lots of beautiful beach and several activities.

Beautiful cottage for a relaxing week with my husband and doggie. Cottage has everything you need, well stocked with kitchen appliances, bbq grill and relaxing places to read, especially loved the front and back screened porches. Pool area was perfect and lakefront was ideal for swimming and any water activity you would want to do. Didn't know general store and restaurant have been closed for sometime, but we adapted. Host was great, quick to respond with any questions, will stay again in the future!
