Experience all of Summit County in this centrally located top floor condo. Ideal for a family vacation or romantic getaway, this home will stun you with the views and the soaring ceiling with rich wood beams. The condo is a spacious 2-bedroom plus a loft, 2.5 bathroom and just a 4-minute stroll to Lake Dillon. Convenience abounds with a stacked washer/dryer and a full suite of kitchen appliances. A short walk to free transportation to Breck, Copper, and Keystone and one mile to downtown.

The space
Sleeping: The condo boasts a Master Bedroom on the main floor with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a Queen bed. Both bedrooms are appointed with ceiling fans, extra fans, and humidifiers. In the spacious loft, there are two twin beds along with a tremble bed. This condo comfortably sleeps 7.
Bathroom: We provide hair dryers in both bathrooms and a starter set of soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Amenities: The complex includes access to two hot tubs comfortably set with a fireplace for the ultimate ambience.
Location: Nestled in a convenient and quiet location, this condo is an easy stroll to Starbucks and Natural Grocers. Across the street is Walmart and Safeway.
Please note: This unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you must use stairs to access.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a great location in Frisco. Has everything you need for the perfect ski vacation. Host communication is great and got us in the unit early on check in day.
