Beautiful Lakefront Home ~ 4BD / 3 Master Suites ~ Outstanding Lake Views!

We would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. There is lots of space for having fun and entertaining. Spacious 3000 sq ft, 4+ BR (3 Master Suites), 3.5 BA home with open floor plan. Located on the 4.5 MM of the Big Niangua arm.

This home offers the benefits of living on the main channel without all the noise and traffic. Perfect for spending time with the family for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or even a family reunion or wedding. Sleeps up to 14 people. This home has two large decks that run the entire back length of the house, relax and sun on the lower deck and dock, or enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the upper deck. You might even see a bald eagle!

Boat and jet-ski rentals available. The dock offers 2 - 10 x 24 boat slips, as well as 2 large swim decks. Public boat ramp available and on-property trailer parking. Start your vacation in Style!

Very outdated and many broken or in need of repair:balcony railing upstairs loose, mold in bathrooms blender missing parts, stairs were old and dangeroustrash under decks and around the property. Tried to use hose for a baby pool water shut off. Outdoor furniture old. Told us he had an extra sofa just right for a teen boy and it was so nasty. did not look like pictures and overpriced for condition it was in.

Great Getaway!

If you are looking for a secluded spot to chill with some friends for a couple nights on the lake this is for you! Had about 6 other friends join me for four nights and it was perfect, very relaxing spot by the lake.

The trip was great. Location and the docks were great to be on all day and night. The house just needs some updating inside but plenty of space. The owner is and was very nice.
