Situated in the exclusive gated palmyra development, our property is ideal for families, with young babies or older children, golfers & groups. This ground floor apartment is set in landscaped gardens with a central swimming pool. The apartment offers excellent decor throughout. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and large living/dining area. It can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. The apartment has excellent Wifi, English TV channels, outside seating for eating or enjoying a sun down glass of wine and a small bbq. There are a total of 4 pools on the development all of which can be used by guests.

Just a short 5 minute stroll you can find, the 5* Vila Sol hotel spa & golf course where you can enjoy a game of golf or, for non golfers, lunch on the terrace over looking the spectacular course. A further 5 minutes on and you will find Oscars bar/grill, who also offer a takeaway service as well as good traditional pub food. During the summer months they have live evening entertainment. There is also a small restaurant called The Wine Bistro. This offers lovely food(their Thai curry is great). There is a small convenience store which has a nice cafe attached for breakfast or brunch.

The beautiful Vilamoura Marina is only 7 minutes away by car, which is full of restaurants and bars. For those who like walking this is a 40 minute walk I would recommend you walk via the old village.Vilamoura also has a very nice stretch of beach which goes on for miles. The water park and hotel is also a 10 minutes drive and gets very busy during the summer period.

This property is utterly fabulous! It was exactly what my friends & I needed as a relaxing homely environment with a beautiful pool just a wander from the back door! It was beautifully clean when we arrived and we immediately felt like we had stumbled across an absolute Gem! We are also so incredibly grateful for the speed at which we booked and confirmed our stay you got us out of a real holiday hole! Can't wait to stay again in the future - thank you Lisa x

Excellent stay

The villa was lovely with everything you could need. It was spacious and well arranged. Location was ideal but we had a car which was easy and we drive to Marina and shops all quite close The pools were lovely and the area well maintainedLisa communicated effectively throughout the whole process My only criticism was I am not sure the floor was cleaned before our arrival but this was a minor issue I would return for sure it was a lovely place we had a great time thank you Lisa

Very enjoyable stay in spacious well equipped apartment, suitable for large family group. Pool area very good. Area would benefit from a poolside snack bar and small grocery shop.

Superb

The accommodation was fantastic, the apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need.It has been thoughtfully decorated, a proper home from home and we were grateful of the complimentary bottle of wine and some milk in the fridge on arrival. The owners were very communicative and quick to respond although we didn’t have too many questions as the check in process and information they provided was really clear and helpful. The pool is situated just across from the terrace and was perfectly placed for us with young children. The kids loved the pool and the shared inflatables. The gardens and development are very well looked after and it was perfectly placed to get into into Vilamoura and the Marina - about 5 minutes driveTwo really good supermarkets close by as wellWould definitely recommend and stay again!

Family stay at Palmyra

Having stayed at Palmyra in a different property twice before, we knew that the ground and facilities would be perfect and they didn't disappoint. The apartment itself was fabulous. Spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could have needed. Lisa was a great host, fab communication and gave us everything we needed. Fantastic stay!

We regularly come to Vilamoura and stay at Vila sol but this is one of our favourite apartments we have stayed in. The listing photos don’t even do it justice. Palmyra Sol

This property was perfect for our visit and exceeded our expectations. The property is nicer than the online photos indicate. Lisa is very responsive to inquiries and accommodating to requests. It is close to shopping and having your own parking spot with direct access to the property is very convenient. We would stay here again on our next visit and recommend it for a visit to the area.

A great home from home holiday

The apartment was great and had all of the facilities needed to enjoy a home from home holiday. The grounds were well kept and the swimming pool was a daily activity for all of us. Lisa provided great information and responded quickly to any questions. The family had a great time and all were impressed with the apartment. An outstanding property

On arrival we were so delighted with the property, the photos really don’t do it justice. Beautifully decorated, everything you need to hand and such comfortable beds. The location is stunning and we would love to stay there again. There was one downside…. having to come home!

Everything was lovely except for one small problem— there is a leak under the sink and the water has to be mopped up constantly underneath. Very spacious and well appointed. Lisa is easy to contact and helpful.

A Beautiful home in Vilamoura

From the start of booking process Lisa was very prompt with enquiry process and booking. The Apt is as described and the biggest we have ever stayed in as a family of 4. This apt comfortably sleeps 6-8 people with every need catered for. We were delighted with the availability of Irish TV stations on TV.The pool area is lovely and grounds kept to a very high standard.Thank you Lisa for a fabulous stay in your beautiful home on the Algarve. Perfect apartment in Paradise!

I stayed in this perfect apartment for 1 week with my extended family. Everything was according to our expectations or even far better! The apartment is spacious and fresh. The area is luxurious and the pools are fantastic. We only had one problem during our stay and that was a leaking sink in the kitchen (that previous guests have noted). But thanks to great communication with our host the leak was taken care of.

Fabulous apartment in a lovely complex!

Just home from a very enjoyable stay in this gorgeous apartment. Complex is very secure and feels very safe with kids. The grounds are well maintained and all 4 pools are lovely with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The apartment Sleeps 8 comfortably and is very well equipped with everything you need. The owner kept in contact throughout my booking and replied promptly to any emails or questions I had. Would throughly recommend this apartment to any family/group looking for a relaxing or active holiday. Plenty to do/visit in the surrounding area by car or taxis.

E7 Palmyra - Superb

We were a family of 6 adults and 1 infant staying at Lisa'a beautiful ground floor 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. We all thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment, as it was modern, very clean and very comfortable. We loved the amazing pool area which was just a few short steps across from the property. The whole Palmyra gated complex, was so beautiful and well maintained. The gardeners and groundsmen do a fab job. Our host Lisa was amazing and very accommodating in helping us with everything we needed. Overall, we had a truly memorable holiday, we would highly recommend E7 Palmyra, and we fully intend to stay there again.

A beautiful apartment in a great development that perfectly suited our needs.It was very well equipped and had been well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and linens were of good quality. We were close to probably the best of the Palmyra pools which our grandsons loved. The pool washer clean and for some of the time there was a lovely pool attendant there who was very good with the children. During the school holidays this is very much a family resort but still pretty quiet. There was one allocated parking space in the basement but and another on a pull in area to the front.We had a wonderful time and would definitely return with the family.Communication with the owners was very efficient and friendly.Two minor negatives. We arrived in the dark and it was really difficult to find the apartment as none of the blocks seemed to be marked. We ended up having to drive into the basement to check that we were in the correct block . The apartment,s private patio is very small although it does open directly onto the gardens.Overall an excellent property.

Fabulous Holiday

We had a fabulous holiday. The house was immaculate and gorgeous not forgetting those very comfortable beds. Our older boys occupied the ground floor bedroom which gave them plenty of space, privacy and were loving it. The beautiful pool was directly opposite the house which was very convenient for the younger kids. Everything was just spot on. Location was great. Central to most activities. We hired cars only to realise that we didn't need to. You can use taxi/ uber for very reasonable prices, in fact I would highly recommend that. Lisa was a wonderful host. She was very prompt on communication. We even had dinner at Wine Bistro 5 minutes drive from the property (which was recommend by Lisa). It is a beautiful place and the food was super delicious. We really really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back in the future.

Gorgeous apartment!

We really enjoyed our 10 days stay here! The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Having three bathrooms gave our adult daughter and teenage son their own bedroom and bathroom - perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped . . there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there! My daughter loved the air fryer as she uses one at University! There are so many little extras in the apartment such as books, games, inflatable pool toys for the kids including a pump, hand soap in all the bathrooms and 3 hairdryers! The grounds outside are beautifully kept and the pool areas are lovely too! It was relaxing and peaceful most of the time to enjoy sunbathing, reading a book or cooking down in the pool. Communication with Lisa was straightforward with a quick response. When the outdoor airer was nowhere to be found, I communicated this and a new one was delivered the next day! Highly recommend this apartment, we loved it and would definitely stay again but in my opinion you do need a car to make the most of your stay.

Super host, beautiful apartment

Lisa is a great host; she quickly and pleasantly responded to any questions and dealt immediately with any minor issues during my two month stay. Thank you, Lisa! Her on site contact, Nadia, was also helpful and pleasant. The unit was pristine. The pictures of the condo and property are accurate - lovely and comfortable decor and well maintained grounds - and the unit is well equipped. It was a perfect set up for three older women who each got their own bathroom. The lower level suite is on the same level as the underground parking, and there is a second entrance to the unit on that level, directly beside the reserved indoor parking spot. Quarteira's beach area was a pleasant surprise, and in my view nicer than neighbouring Vilamoura. The most stunning beach in the Algarve is Falesia Beach near Albufeira. There are many beautiful beachside restaurants within a 15 or 20 minute drive of the condo - relatively expensive but well worth it for the delicious food and scenery. Our favourites were BJs and Marias. A tip for driving in the neighbourhood - When coming back from or going on excursions use the nearby Oscars Bar as your starting point or destination; otherwise Google takes you on to some very narrow forested roads near the condo.
