About this property

Spacious 6-bedroom house right across from the beach with a huge roof deck

Bring the whole family to this spacious beach house with lots of room for fun with accommodations for 20+ guests and is located right across from the beach and just 5 minutes from the village and Legoland...the kitchen has every amenity you could ask for.The home also has plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards for a relaxing day at the beach.The huge roof deck has a bbq and jacuzzi and the sunsets are amazing! Another great feature is the elevator that can reach all 3 floors plus the roof deck.

There are 5 bedrooms plus a theater room with 2 bunk beds...4 of the bedrooms have king sized beds and 1 has a queen...all of them but 1 has an en-suite bathroom....2 of the bedrooms have an ocean view.The bedrooms all have a wall mounted smart tv.I don’t allow pets but if it’s an absolute necessity then there will be a $1,000 fee.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A $500 refundable damage deposit is required…this includes any damages to the property or furniture along with the moving of furniture in house and
on the roof it requires 2 people to move the furniture back to where it goes the deposit will be taken.I have had guests move entire couches,night
stands,6ft tall mirrors,etc and not put them back.

What’s not to love about living across from the ocean? The weather in Carlsbad is perfect year round and there’s so much to see and do.

What makes this property unique

My house is 4 levels and has views of the ocean from almost every room.There is a huge roof deck with a jacuzzi,bbq and swing that overlooks the ocean and sunsets.There is also an elevator that goes to all 4 floors.
