This spacious 2600sf 3-bedroom with heated pool and hot tub awaits you in the heart of Scottsdale! 4 brand new pickleball courts and 2 tennis courts are located just around the corner from the home and rackets are gladly provided. World class golf courses, restaurants, great shopping and 5-star spas are located in every direction. Fully stocked with great amenities, this is the perfect place to enjoy your desert vacation. There are 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) and 2 full bathrooms each with double sinks. All bedrooms have flat-panel TVs! Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table in the living room or cozy up to the fireplace and enjoy a movie in the family room. A full-sized executive desk gives you a work space when you need to be connected. We provide an assortment of movies, books for leisurely reading, baby gear for young families and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, bakeware, small appliances, utensils and even coffee and spices to get you started. The backyard has a sparkling play pool, hot tub, two large grassy areas, BBQ, dining table for 6 and 4 chaise loungers for soaking up the sun!

The home is very private and is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still just around the corner from pickleball and tennis courts, countless golf courses, fine dining, upscale shopping, sports and entertainment venues, convenience shopping (grocery, drugstore, gas, salon, spa), The Mayo Clinic, movie theaters and professional services. The home features travertine tile flooring and designer carpet throughout, professional lighting in every room all on dimmers, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities for cooking a gourmet meal, hairdryers in the bathrooms, basic toiletries in the bathrooms to get you started. We provide bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, outdoor pool/spa towels.

There is a mister system on the patio to help keep the patio cool in summer months, 6 cruiser bicycles, pickleball and tennis rackets to enjoy the pickleball and tennis courts around the corner, an iPod dock, expanded HDTV cable service, WiFi, fireplace and much more!

Baby Gear: We gladly provide a pack n' play portable crib upon request, so please let us know if you would like one during your stay. There is a wonderful assortment of kids' toys and games, movies and children's dinnerware, cups and silverware.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Thanksgiving stay

Great location, close to Kierland shops and restaurants. We rode our bikes everyday from the house to the bike path off Shea and 84th. Pool was heated and perfect temp, swam daily after biking. House had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Superb house in a nice Scottsdale neighborhood

The property was immaculately clean and wonderfully outfitted. It has the best functioning kitchen I've had in a VRBO. The amenities, especially for an almost toddler were fantastic. The hosts were responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable Stay

This home is stunning! High ceilings make it so grand, yet the décor makes the house very warm and inviting. We so enjoyed the spacious kitchen, large dining room table, beautiful grill bar and patio table. Backyard lighting made dinner by the pool after dark so lovely. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are spacious (I personally loved the Philosophy bath products).The pool is bigger than it looks as is the house…we spent a lot of time chillin in the pool. The quiet neighborhood is great for biking-there are 4 cruiser bikes in the garage. We loved riding to breakfast past the lovely Kierlands Golf Course. We also loved the close proximity to Kierland Commons with its wonderful restaurants and shopping. Amazing vacation! We hope to be back soon!

Pool was lovely and we had ample space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with pans and tools to prep meals. Would definitely stay here again. The house is in North East Scottsdale so access to downtown/old town and other activities will require a 15-20 min drive, but there is some advantage to being out of the main swirl. It depends on what you are looking for.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very we’ll equipped. The pool is fantastic and happy they had a safety fence for the pool as we had two small children with us. Also enjoyed the wide selection of toys and a fantastically equipped kitchen. A very nice house in very good condition.

I would highly recommend this property. The owners maintain it meticulously. House, furnishings, pool, and property are all great. Everything was so thoughtful, any kitchen gadget we needed, was there. The desk/workstation had not only the basics, but even a spare mouse. Charging stations for devices conveniently placed throughout the house. TV connected wirelessly to all devices. Thanks for a great stay!

Location, comfort, ease!!! What a wonderful place to relax.

This home is pure Scottsdale! The pool and hot tub are perfect for anyone looking for relaxation time. This house is supplied with everything you need for a long-term rental. CJ was great to work with and accommodating with checking in early as well as a late check out. Beds are comfortable, linens are great and the the bidets in both bathrooms were the highlight of our groups trip. Lol.

Reviewer Comments: Although it was chilly and unexpectedly rainy in the beginning of our month-long stay, the home itself had plenty to do for the kids and the pool table was a plus. The pool was gorgeous but we couldn’t take advantage. The hot tub was a wonderful alternative. The home is located close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. We were never at a loss for things to do when we weren’t relaxing. Getting out of Scottsdale was easy as well and we took advantage of the desert lands and mountains. All in all, it was a pleasant and enjoyable time.

Peace and Quiet

It was just what the doctor ordered. Two couples, 1 pregnant with a two year old and 1 with a 5 month old. Everything we could need was available. The hosts were very nice and did a thorough walk through of the home. We had a peaceful and relaxing long weekend with our two families. Only negative was we were not able to stay longer!
