The main living space is located on the second floor and is configured with the kitchen, living room, dining area, and a half bath. The living room provides ample seating on the sofa that doubles as a sleeper. Use the extra sleeping space for guests or get extra cozy and watch a movie on the smart TV.



The kitchen comes fully equipped with a suite of stainless-steel appliances and additional cookware that allows you to serve up one of your signature dishes. Guests can expect to find extra appliances such as a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster for your convenience. The large kitchen island, with barstool seating for 4, provides plenty of extra prep space and doubles as the perfect area to gather with fellow guests to enjoy a morning brew or evening hors d'oeuvres. Adjacent to the living room, the dining room table features 2 captain's chairs and 2 large benches for seating up to 8.



The home can sleep up to 9 people comfortably between 3 bedrooms and the living room sofa sleeper. Each space has been fully furnished with neutral decor and crisp linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.



Bedroom #1 is located on the ground floor and has a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. Steps away, there’s a full bathroom with a pedestal sink and tile standing shower.

Bedroom #2 is located on the third floor and offers a Queen bed, closet, smart TV, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3, the master bedroom, is also located on the third floor and has a King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite. The en-suite boasts a double vanity and a standing shower with custom tilework.



THINGS TO NOTE:

There is covered parking space for one vehicle.

The washer/dryer located on the 3rd floor is available for guest use.



East Nashville is the perfect location to start and end your day with dozens of cafes to grab your morning brew to Mom and Pop shops serving you some of Tennessee’s most flavorful dishes. Here, you’ll get a lively but laid-back atmosphere allowing you to be flexible with your day. When you’re ready, the heart of Downtown Nashville is about a 10-minute drive where you can hop around to bars, restaurants, and shops all while hearing live music from talented artists. While downtown, be sure to stop at the Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum and Cafe, and The Nashville Farmers Market to get a good taste of the local food and music culture. If you need a break from the action, the Grand Ole Opry is about a 14-minute drive from the property and the Belle Meade Historic Site and Winery is under 20 minutes. The International Airport can be reached in just 10 miles.
