Important Things to Note

• Stairs are required: both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

• Parking: driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles; additional parking may be available on the street on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Security cameras: There is a Ring doorbell at the front door that records audio and video of the exterior for security purposes.

• Construction: The neighboring property is currently under construction until further notice; occasional noise may be heard.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
