Lively SoHo Luxury Townhome in Hyde Park!

Welcome to our brand-new getaway! This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home spans 2,200 sq ft over two floors. The second floor features an open-concept floorplan including the kitchen, dining, family room, patio, and laundry. The third floor boasts a master suite with a luxurious bathroom, and two additional spacious bedrooms. Located near Hyde Park and SoHo, enjoy the best of South Tampa living! We`ve designed the space to fit for a fun trip with family and friends or for a professional visit to the city.

On the first floor you have driveway parking for two vehicles.( Keep in mind this driveway is shared with the downstairs studio at the same property.) You`ll be able to park a single car in the garage and can park another vehicle directly behind the one in the garage. Your kitchen boasts real wood cabinets with spectacular granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, brushed nickel fixtures and luxury, waterproof vinyl throughout the whole floor. Third floor is where you`ll have all 3 bedrooms. The master is a nice size with a king bed, walk-in closet, huge master bathroom with a separate glass-enclosed shower and stand-alone tub. There are two other bedrooms with plenty of space as well.

You will have access to the second and third floor of the townhome. There is a studio apartment on the first floor with a separate private entrance that shares the driveway with this property.
(Please do not enter the property through the vinyl gate only enter the property through the garage door to access the condo.)

Host was very responsive through every step of the process- even had extra kitchen towels deliver to the unit within hours of us asking. This townhome was in a perfect location- easy walking to everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and recently updated. I will definitely be staying in this unit again, & would recommend it!!

The noise in the neighborhood was REAL. I underestimated the noise but was fully informed prior to booking, so I own it. Not the best place for a family going to bed early, but it would be great for 20 something’s staying out late, so it depends on your objective. Everything else was great! Clean place, spacious, had everything we needed.

Great location and property

Exactly as described. Enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Only complaint is having us start laundry for cleaners - the fee charged for cleaning should allow the guest to just walk out. Not a huge deal but annoying.

First loved the location easy walk to lots The air upstairs never got cold enough pretty warm The tubs hot water I never could get to come on White sheets and towels get dirty so quick We didn’t realize there were so many stairs lol so luggage was tough I think maybe an extra trash can in the bedroom would be nice too Just a few tips to an already great place

Lived in South Tampa for 20 years and this felt like a second home!

Our family hops to Tampa multiple times a year since we moved away 3 years ago to visit friends and eat at our favorite places. This is the 6th VRBO we have tried and it's our favorite - the location, the ease of the highways, all food and family items just a few minutes away! This location is deep in Hyde park south Tampa one street away from the main strip, which is very lively, but due to the double panes windows we heard nothing - it was so quiet and so well sound proofed with the twins running around! We left safe and easily at home - but easy to grab breakfast, coffee, Publix, and nightlight a few steps away. The steps weren't steep, no sharp objects, and large roomy spaces where I could still work and the family would hustle and bustle downstairs. The beds were comfy with tons of pillows, showers and air conditioning all worked perfectly efficient. We will make this our second home during every stay in Tampa - 100% amazing and communication on app was within minutes. Check out an easy and not complicated with a small to do list - I've had many stays have 15-20 items before leaving which is stressful. Kid friendly, safe, quiet and amazing sound proofing, great home away from home and squeezed in great video work calls - perfect in my world!!
