Loved my stay, cleanliness of the unit was impeccable. Quiet out of the way place but close to plenty of restaurants groceries ect. if you eat out, I myself loved being able to cook my own meals.

Relaxation

Great place to stay. Small airport next door and we watched planes take off all evening. Sykes Creek is there also. Nice and quiet place and location. Off the beaten path.

Beautiful Place!! White & Sparkly Clean...Nice Views & Enjoyed watching the Airplanes take off....Pleasantly Surprised especially since the Condo is located on a Dead End street in an industrial area

Perfect Spot for Holiday or Business

Super clean property (with a view of the Merritt Island Runway), very attentive property owners who are easy to get a hold of. Lots of the 'little things' that you need for your stay like coffee pods, in villa washer/dryer, safe & secure parking. 10/10 score !!

Pretty Awesome Spot

If you’re looking for an immaculate, well appointed and quiet spot with great views of the river system. This is it. This is not a loud resort property which makes its appeal that much more.

Beautiful condo in new building

Nice roomy two bedroom condo in a new building. Gorgeous sun rise from our balcony. Everything was clean and new. Only issue was a”Nest” thermostat this baby boomer couldn’t make heads or tails of!

I would not stay here again. The unit was dirty upon arrival. Bathroom toilet seats were covered in mold and there was hair on the floor. The AC did not work for three days and little help was offered. Screen door was broken upon arival and the maintenance man said they are all like that. The dishwasher was not attached to the counter and did not work. When maintenacne was called they said you had to push the door of the dishwasher in hard. That did not work. We were offered a different unit on the last day but that was too late for us to pack all of our stuff for one night. It is clear that a company owns multple units to lease on VRBO but the highrise building was poorly constructed and the maintenance man said they have many problems with units. The fountian out front was being repaired and then they tried to run it and it flooded the parking lot. Avoid.
