Good, but water pressure lacks, especially upstairs

So the actual house is decent for what you get. The neighborhood is in a secure location with gated entry. Good taquerias along the street. Elena the caretaker was very helpful in arranging taxi rides from the airport, as the taxis there will screw you. The downside is the water. The 2 showers are upstairs and the water pressure lacks significantly. From speaking with Elena's husband, the pipes are probably clogged with calcium as there is no water softener and they would have to replace the pipes, that are in concrete walls. In order to even get hot water upstairs, you have to trigger the tankless water heater by turning on the kitchen sink and then run it the entire time you "take a shower". Even still, the water comes out like a dribble and you have a better chance with a shower at the beach. My kids were sick the entire week there with congestion and cold symptoms, but could not take a shower to help get better. It was really unfortunate. The house has potential. Don't think about flushing any toilets twice within a couple minutes as there is not enough pressure to fill them quick enough. When asking the owner for even a small refund, he gaslit me saying that everything is normal and nothing is wrong with the pipes. If you are just looking for a place to crash before going to beaches and showering at the beaches, then this will suffice. Otherwise, best to take chances on another house with hopefully better water.
