Well equipped kitchen with ample coffee, tea and other essentials. Very spacious place, thoughtfully organized and charming. Yes, as noted: The upstairs shower is European-sized, but works fine. The communication with Dave was great, and he was very accommodating when I needed to extend.

Bente was a terrific guest and we hope she returns some day.
We've never stayed at this type of place before, so we weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be an amazing place with an attentive host. Climate control and facilities were better than expected. Very close proximity to restaurants and an easy walk to the train station. With limited options in Bryn Mawr, we'll definitely be staying here again.

Karen was a terrific guest. She is right that there are few places to stay in Bryn Mawr, so we try to provide as many comfortable and convenient places for our guests and then treat them like royalty, always attending to whatever they may ask for. Hope to see you back soon Karen!

Poorest condition renovation of the space I have ever experienced in many years of vacation house rentals. Listing should specify second bath is down old steep staircase with height restrictions for its use.

Guest is unable to read descriptions clearly. I had to resend posts and descriptions to him because he didn't read them, then acted surprised when he found exactly what we described! What??!! His fault, not ours. Nothing but negativity from him which caused this totally INACCURATE review. Shameful. The place is beautiful and newly renovated. Will appeal this rating. Hosts beware!!
For 3 middle aged guys visiting in an old familiar place, it was great. Convenient location with food/drink options walkable distance. Comfy place to hang out. Use the white noise machines that are on site! The road noise is noticeable.Host very responsive to inquiries.
Very clean & convenient. We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that.
This place is spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our short stay and is conveniently located to both Bryn Mawr and Villanova. The kitchen appliances appear to be relatively new and There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes to do what we needed for meal making.Parking is tight with a tiny little driveway and small space to park so don’t bring your big car. There’s a small set of stairs to access the apartment and then one step up from the main bedroom into the kitchen area. There’s a full bathroom in the basement and a small bathroom in the upstairs area. The shower in the upstairs area is the is very, very small so I’d recommend using the downstairs shower if you can navigate the stairs.
We recently stayed at this property and had a very positive overall experience. The location is excellent—convenient and close to many amenities. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen stood out as a real highlight: modern, well-equipped, and a pleasure to use. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. That said, there are a few things future guests might want to be aware of. The bathroom on the main floor is quite small, and the shower is especially tight. There is a full bathroom in the basement, which is more spacious, but it’s accessible only by a fairly steep staircase. The queen bed is comfortable but may be best suited for one person, especially if they’re above average in size. The room with two twin beds is situated near a busy road—while the beds are comfortable, light sleepers might notice some road noise. Lastly, the property is adjacent to a strip mall, which adds convenience but also detracts slightly from the ambiance.Overall, this is a great option for travelers looking for a clean, well-located place with a great host—just be mindful of the bathroom layout and potential for street noise
