Why they chose this property
In 2012, I competed in the Texas Water Safari and fell in love with the San Marcos River. Ever since then, I have become obsessed with the Upper San Marcos River. Our family has always dreamed of enjoying a house on the river.
What makes this property unique
Very few properties on the Upper San Marcos River offer short-term rentals. Even fewer have a pool and hot tub, and can accommodate up to 22 guests (26 with air mattresses).
