Lovely home and perfectly located for my son’s Texas State graduation! The beds were AMAZING — some of the coziest pillows and blankets ever (which definitely matters to me!). The house had everything we needed to host a small family dinner gathering, and even my fur baby had the best time making friends with the neighbor’s corgi. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

This property was amazing will definitely be returning. Walking distance to irvas river pub and nice river spot to hang with the family. Also easy walk to tx state campus, property owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the keypad. House was clean beds super comfy and tv in every room. Updated kitchen and bathrooms was also a plus

The house was amazing! Super clean and user friendly. We did have a hiccup with the door code and heater but the host and maintenance went out of their way to get it all fixed! We would definitely stay here again!
