All trash must be in trash bags and removed. Dumped trash in brown trash can outside. Fine of $200 if not removed
All pots and pans must be washed. You can place dirty dishes after rinsing in the dishwasher.
If you use the grill then you must clean out the ashes from the charcoal. A fine of $100 will be added if not cleaned.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
