Why they chose this property

It is the most beautiful spot on the lake. The property overlooks a wide expanse of the lake and has amazing sunset views. The neighbors are all so nice and you will see the riding around the neighborhood on golf carts.

What makes this property unique

It is on a wide expanse of the lake and faces west so the sunsets are amazing. The area betweem the house and lake is wooded and full of birds and occationally deer. The house is totally rennovated with new appliances, mattresses, towels, sheets, TVs and pool table.
