Keeping it simple & serene in our family-friendly neighborhood space. This updated home is located about halfway between the beaches and Downtown Jacksonville. Everbank Field, Saint Johns Town Center, UNF, and Mayo Clinic are all within a 15 minute drive. Inside the house you will find a bright, cozy yet spacious home to work, relax, read, rest and play. Large flat-screen TV and internet included. A walk around the block is a pleasant 1 mile. The space Beautiful, simple, updated home. We provide the basics, you relax, stay focused and enjoy. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants, laundry facilities and stores are 5-10 minutes away. The beautiful beaches of Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach are 20 to 25 minutes away.

The property matched the pictures and description perfectly. It was the perfect location: quiet abut close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils allowing me to cook meals as needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was in a convenient location, it was easy to access, clean and the host was quick to respond to questions. I came into town for medical reasons and they brought me a box fan to block out normal daytime noise so I could rest easier. Very nice people. I will be back if I need a place in Jacksonville!

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a pretty small, older, no frills house, with just two bedrooms, a small bathroom, and a combo living room, dining room, and kitchen, but it felt surprisingly spacious. The place was spotless when we arrived. It is also well insulated from both temperature and outside noise. I slept in the back bedroom and it was very quiet. I can't say enough good things about the yard. It's huge and my dog and I had a blast running around together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be back for our next Jacksonville visit.

Needs dresser or chest to put clothes in. Only 2 hangers in closet. Didnt need to hang anything. Needed somewhere to put shors,tops, underwear etc. Lived out of suitcases for 7 days. But enjoyed our stay.
