The 🏡 is located in the center of the city and minutes away from Walmart, town center(shopping mall), UNF, and Jax beach. it is on a 0.45 acre lot with a beautiful view of fields. A fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, high speed internet, 45inch smart TV, washer/dryer, and private back deck!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put the wet towels into the hamper of the laundry room.
Please make sure to turn off all of the lights, TVs, fans, adjust heating at 50 F degrees in the winter / adjust cooling at 75 F degrees in the summer before leaving the house.
Lock all of the windows, the back door and the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
