Conveniently located at Douglas Lake and less than a 5 minute drive from Interstate 40. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. A short walk to Swann's Marina and Millstone Restaurant. Large porches, firepit, tons of parking space for large vehicles/trailers; Near downtown Dandridge, Newport, and Morristown. *Smart TVs, fast Fiber Internet, two dining tables, wood pellet and propane grills. *No steps within house, but a few steps going up to porches to enter house.
