Kick back and relax at our charming and rustic space, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet offering easy access to Buffalo’s favorite shoppings and eateries.

The Space: Two stories apartment with open kitchen, living space and half bath on first floor, three bedrooms with four beds and full bath on second floor. This listing is for Apartment 2 on the Left in a side by side duplex; doorway hall and on-premise parking are shared. Please note there is a no shoe policy in the house.

Please park your cars in the parking space in front of the house. The space can fit 2-3 cars, please be considerate and do not block driveway, as there will be other tenants parking in the driveway.

Additional street parking is available and free. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

This was a wonderful stay. My partner is from Buffalo and loved the central location to everything. The host is very attentive and responds quickly. The house was all redone and absolutely beautiful! We will be booking again.

Great place to stay for Niagara

This was an ideal place to stay for 2 families as we rented both halves of the property. Centrally located to everything Buffalo\Niagara has to offer. Well stocked home, with Coffee and Half-Half provided. Only thing I could possibly nit-pick would be some extra pillows. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed

We stayed 4 nights to visit with family in the area. It was perfect for what our family of 4 needed. The place was a great location: nice neighborhood and convenient (5 minutes from stores, restaurants, etc). We appreciated the large shower, having access to laundry, towels provided, and large fridge. We found the upstairs a bit hot/stuffy at times (it was an especially hot stretch of weather when we were there) but there were fans available which was helpful and it seemed to cool of just fine in the night. Watch out to not stub your toe on the legs of the beds when navigating around as they stick out a bit. We found ourselves doing this numerous times. The place is also somewhat echoey due to mostly linoleum flooring and minimal carpets, but we liked the ambiance overall. I’m sure it’s much easier to keep clean this way, but a heads up if you’re sensitive to that. The place was overall great and the property host was kind and was prompt in providing needed information ahead of time.

Perfect for our family

Tommy's place was right on time. Great value, great neighborhood, great amenities. Easy and spacious off-street parking. Secure unit with two coded doors required to access. Kitchen was well-equipped and clean as was the entire property. We stayed for 6 nights with our 4 adult children. The washer and dryer and included pods were a blessing. I liked the full size programmable coffee maker. Also included reusable ice packs for when we packed lunch which was a couple times. Everyone was comfortable in the rooms as well as the common areas. There are vacant lots on both sides of the duplex so it was very quiet. We looked at dozens of places in WNY for this family trip, and we are VRBO hosts ourselves. This place is a winner.
