Step into a private walk-out garden-level suite in a beautifully restored 1895 heritage home built by shipbuilder Samuel Dawes. The space is quaint, cozy, eclectic, self-contained, and thoughtfully equipped to make you feel truly at home.
Located in the heart of New Westminster, this residential neighbourhood offers quick access to shopping, transit, and nature, while surrounding you with old-world charm and modern comforts.

The Garden Studio Suite is located on the garden/ground/ first floor level of our 3-storey heritage home. It is completely private, with its own interior entrance.

Note:
• The suite ceiling is 6 feet (1.83m) high throughout.
• No dishwasher
• Interior light switches are located just outside the suite entrance door
• No stove/oven

The laundry area is our personal work/storage area.
