This is a garden apartment with a view. Tastefully decorated with a modern kitchen equipped with all your basic needs including three full size stainless steel appliances and a dining table. You will find a two large sofas, one is a queen size sofa bed, gas fireplace, ottoman, flat screen TV, desk and task chair, and wifi connectivity in the living room. In the bedroom you will find a two twin size beds placed side by side = king size bed, full size dresser, two night tables, two lamps and a full length mirror. There is a three fixture, bright bathroom. There is a covered patio with BBQ for your exclusive use and shared fenced back yard. There is a shared laundry room and parking for up to two vehicles (tandem). We live upstairs and will be more than happy to help with directions or recommendations as well as assistance with public transit if requested. The location is a short drive to shopping, parks, lakes, beaches, and directly on transit route. 40 minutes drive to your choice of three local ski hills and 90 minute drive to Whistler.

We loved this place! It was close to our family and the amenities were a close driving distance away. The view from the backyard was beautiful. The place was very comfortable, exactly what we needed. Gina was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We spent our time in downtown vancouver. This place was easy to navigate to downtown using public transport. Great value stay. Beautiful property and great views. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. We would definitely stay again!
The view of Coquitlam & mountains was amazing. Location to shopping, restaurants, parks & leisure centres was great. The bed definitely needs an upgrade. Kitchen had adequate supplies & the suite was very clean.

Good place to relax after a long day in Vancouver
But not suited for taking walks in the neighborhood. Very clean place. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful.

We are located approximately 3/4 mile from restaurants and grocery stores. Waking may be not be a suitable option if you are carrying groceries or walking with small children. However, the area is very safe and we are directly on a bus route. This family was traveling with an RV and were able to park safely on the street during their stay.
It is a wonderful space and location for our visit. Being sensitive to artificial scents, the only downside was an overuse of air fresheners and scented fabric softeners.

I wish you would have mentioned your sensitivity to scents. I would have made special arrangements to remove the bathroom freshener and not to use scented laundry soap. We do not use dryer sheets as my husband is allergic to them.

Pictures don't do this justice! Its very spacious, clean and some of the best views you will get in PoCo. We loved having our own little oasis in the back yard where we could enjoy with family. Gina and Peter are great hosts, they made us feel very welcome. Thanks again for a great stay.

We are a loving three person family living on the property. We enjoy skiing and all types of summer sports. The man of the house is from Stockholm and fluent in Swedish, Italian and English.
Why they chose this property
This is a lovely family oriented community. Walking distance to one of the largest shopping centres in Greater Vancouver and close and all amenities. Located on the bus route as well.
