This rustic waterfront cabin in Barrington on Lake Nippo is perfect for your escape. Bring your family and leave with memories of swimming, fishing, kayaking or just plain relaxing. With a first floor bedroom including a queen and twin, and an attic loft with a king, full, and child bed, it's a cool and enjoyable space for guests and perfect getaway for families or couples on vacation.. The living room offers an extra twin bed for added sleeping. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and towels. AC, WiFi, linens, outdoor shower and heating ensure a welcoming stay. Delightful retreat in spring, summer and autumn, Enjoy Smore's by the outdoor fire pit overlooking the lake. Close to all New Hampshire and Maine seacoast attractions. Weekly rentals only. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cabin.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Three automobile maximum. Please set AC units no lower than 72 degrees overnight and 75 to 78 degrees during daytime. Keep pets off of furniture.

I loved my stay! The cottage was perfect for what I needed. I enjoyed hanging out on the pond every day with my dog. There was plenty of hiking in the area which we also enjoyed. The host was very communicative when needed and shared some of the local hiking spots and some places to go. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second summer staying here and it was even better staying longer :) Everything you need, and just a beautiful quiet spot. The kids spent all week outside fishing and the loft area upstairs was perfect for them. Location was quiet but also only 20 minutes from fantastic restaurants. 10/10 would recommend and will be back hopefully every year!

If you're looking for a little peace and quiet right on the water, this is the place for you. Pet friendly, very cozy. We would definitely stay here again. Place is very clean and well applianced. The owners were awesome to deal with. Thanks for an awesome stay

Very cozy cabin on a beautiful lake I was there to work but my husband took full advantage of the lake kayaking, hanging out on the deck, long walk on trail in woods, beds are very comfortable and tv room is supper cozy

Beautiful camp on the lake

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Joan and Dan’s camp. It’s right on the lake, was very comfortable, and was well stocked with anything you may need. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be planning another stay here in the future!

Charming and great location

Really cozy house and beautiful location! There's great little local hikes and it's not too far to more mountainous areas. The house is very clean and comfortable and the views across the lake are stunning. The host was very friendly and communicative.

We absolutely loved our stay here and just wish we could have stayed longer! The house is so nice and has so many thoughtful touches throughout. Joan is a clear communicator and answers questions quickly. The views and sunrises were amazing, and the water was clear and refreshing. The beds were very comfortable. Long weekend stay

We had a great experience overall. The house was super cozy and the view was amazing. House has everything we needed and then some. Joan was also very helpful and responsive when we had a few questions. We will definitely be back again!

A wonderful escape awaits you at Nippo Pond. A family owned retreat that welcomes you as soon as you step in the front door. Spacious and clean with everything you need. The outside shower was one of my favorite perks. Beautiful clean water for a dip or just to relax by. Quiet and peaceful but in reach of many amusements and nearby towns. Keep your eye out for the loons and hummingbirds. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and we look forward for a return in the near future.

our stay was interrupted by Septic System and leach field difficulties unknown by owner until we arrived. AFter inspection by expert and needed repairs to septic system we decided to come home. Additonally, neighbors chickens and rooster enjoyed the woods next to/or on the cabins property. The owner upon knowing of this was taking appropriate action to seek a remedy. Deposit was returned. Yet, we lost money and time.

Rustic and charming and cozy! Lots to love about staying here. With the exception of a pesky door knob the place was perfect for what we were seeking, and being right on the water with a dock was pretty fabulous. Waking up with a cup of coffee on the deck with a water view was wonderful. The lake is clean and not busy. My husband caught some bass. Hiking nearby on the Stonehouse loop was gorgeous. The host provided spices for cooking and towels and linens and pet toys and floaties and a SUP and a kayak, and a grill, and games... There was nothing missing. The swimming was refreshing. We felt like everything we wanted was there already. A peaceful cozy week! We were able to bring our elderly dog and our cat, which made the week even better, having our fur family with us.

This is our second time renting with Joan and i'm happy to say that we will definitely be back for a third! Joan is a great host very responsive gave helpful information and provided basic necessities and then some. The home was very clean and comfortable. Amazing views and outdoor set up. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. Great places to eat and hike in the area. I have nothing but good things to say. Great way to kick off the summer!
