Fantastic home -- perfect for an extended family to stay with plenty of space, beautiful views from the living room and balconies, and a well-stocked kitchen for breakfasts and other meals. A free shuttle into town stops just down the street, making it easy to grab a ride if we didn't want to drive in and deal with parking. Would 100% stay here again!
We had the best stay at Eric’s place! The views are absolutely incredible. They welcomed us with wine and snacks, which was such a nice touch, and even had a list of recommendations. We ended up going to pretty much everywhere they recommended and loved every single spot! The hot tub was a huge plus, and the house itself was perfect for a big group of friends. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone had their own space and privacy. Super clean! The location was also perfect, just a 5–10 minute Uber / Lyft ride to downtown, so getting around was super easy.Eric and Mikaela were also so responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. You can tell they really care about making sure their guests have a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly, highly recommend this place!
The location was great, the view from the balcony and from the living room was fantastic! The space was generous for 8 people and the communication with the landlord was quick and efficient! The bedrooms downstairs needs a deep cleaning, mainly the carpets. The linens and pillows need an upgrade. Otherwise, we had a great stay!
This property was a real Aspen gem--perfect for us in every way. It has wonderful amenities and was just as described and more. Access to the free town shuttle (RFTA) was so convenient. The hot tub was a highlight as we sipped wine while taking in the mountain views--what a relaxing treat after a day of skiing and exploring! The hosts’ communication & organization was exceptional as they were very responsive with all inquiries and provided concise information and wonderful tips in their Welcome Manual. We would definitely recommend this property for adult groups, as well as families with kids of different ages. Like us, you will find that this mountain retreat provides a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience in the heart of the Rockies.
This 4-BR duplex is just 1 1/4 miles south of downtown Aspen and extremely easy to find. (Just a footnote, if you are skiing, the RFTA shuttle bus is a little too far to reach on ski boots. You'll probably have to rent a vehicle.) The minute we walked into the unit, we marveled at the scenic views of the snowy valley outside huge floor to ceiling windows. All my friends loved this place, because it had four nice bedrooms. No one had to sleep in a converted laundry room or garage. Our accommodations were very clean, and the hosts provided us things that we normally don't see--such as coffee with filters, soap, laundry detergent and the like. We were impressed. At night, we enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and wonderfully toasty. It is quiet and peaceful, with no light pollution or noisy neighbors to disturb your sleep. We did not have any contact with the hosts during our stay, but we did not need to. After we left, we all immediately agreed that if we ever return to Aspen for a ski trip, we will look no further than here for lodging. Five stars!
The property was amazing, the views were beautiful. The experience with the host was good. The host had provided lots of goodies and snacks for our stay, which was nice. All in all it was a good experience. The price was little steep though. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.
