Recently constructed home is available for you to enjoy. Located 100 yards off of Lake Kegonsa and positioned close to Madison, The University of Wisconsin, Stoughton, and McFarland . This property provides easy access to plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities. Lake Kegonsa State Park Hiking/Biking Trail is conveniently located across the street. If you are looking for a simple, clean, quiet, convenient living with easy access to outdoor activities and wildlife - this is your place.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close all windows - including bathroom.
Please be sure the split system units are turned OFF.
Close all shades.
Empty all garbage, leave bedding and towels in a pile on the floor. Lock door by pressing "lock" button.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
