The Space:
In the kitchen, a large window allows the Florida sunshine to stream in. Crisp white cabinets are topped with sparkling quartz workspaces. Stainless steel appliances include a full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric range, oven, and dishwasher. There's also a stacked washer and dryer in the nearby utility closet. Each of the two bedrooms provides a quiet, serene space to rest and recharge, protected from outdoor noise by state of the art hurricane impact windows. In the first bedroom, a queen-size platform bed sits in front of a colorful green leaf-inspired wall mural and faces the flatscreen television. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed set against a dynamic, bright orange wall mural and a flatscreen TV. Each bedroom has a spacious clothes closet. The spa-like full bathroom has a marble-topped vanity sink and a step-in shower with a luxurious overhead, rain shower head.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival. An accurate guest count must be provided No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry) If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside. Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle. The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it. We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed. If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues. The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests. Copyright Infringement:

Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

The good: The parking is convenient. It is centrally located and close to shops. It is spacious and great value. The bad: The shower was very low pressure and there are roosters in the front yard next door and hard to get a good night sleep with them crowing starting at 5AM

Best Vacation ever
This place was amazing! The property was well lid. Close to everything. Dining, shopping, beach everything. Amazing place to stay!
We were two smaller women travelling alone (myself and my 19 year old daughter). Our Uber driver said he was worried about us staying in this neighborhood and warned we should not walk anywhere from the apartment and only go anywhere if we had a safe ride. Regardless, we thought we were likely fine to walk 12 minutes to dinner. Within minutes, we had been catcalled a number of times from men and did not feel safe. There was a police presence arresting a man for some sort of public disturbance or disorderly conduct across the street from the apartment. A women was screaming at the man next door and the two engaged in a yelling match. There are so many chickens and roosters roaming freely and constantly crowing that sleep is difficult and not a peaceful setting. There are chicken feces and urine around the apartment and neighborhood with quite an odor. There were obvious food crumbs on the counters and the floor had not been swept or vacuumed. We expressed all of the concerns to the property manager, and his only response was that we should rest assured the neighborhood was safe, which frankly feels like gaslighting to the extreme from a man with no social awareness or care for his guests. Property management did nothing to address our concerns and we left after one night of a planned five nights.
Great location for exploring Miami, starting with Wynwood! Well stocked with all the essentials. Ninja appliances and a full spice rack. Easy parking with plenty of extra parking available. We'd stay there again.
This was a wonderful property.
It was very clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood located relatively close to the main attractions of the Wynwood area (20 minute walk/8-10 min Uber).
We felt safe and the unit had an electronic padlock for ease of going in and out. It was great having 2 queen bedrooms each equipped with a nice sized closet and smartTV.
The property managers were very communicative and quick to respond and check-in with us throughout our stay.
Definitely recommend this property!
Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable. Well A/C'd. Located on the 2nd floor of a two-story building. Parking lot at the back of building is spacious and clean. Close to Wynwood and a short drive from beaches on Miami Beach. The key-pad lock was very easy to use but would have been nice to have an extra lock for security. Kitchen was very well equipped!

The price was right. The apartment was as advertised. Kitchen was fully stocked. The neighbohood was quiet and safe. Plus, the location was convenient to everything. I would go back.
