The property is not advertised as handicap accessible, and every accessibility question on the VRBO listing is marked "No." In addition, the listing includes multiple photographs clearly showing the stairs on both levels so guests can determine whether the home is suitable for their needs before booking. Regarding the outdoor space, the listing does not advertise a BBQ grill or outdoor furniture as amenities. It also clearly states in the opening property description that there is a separate tiny home located in the backyard that is rented independently, so this is disclosed before a reservation is made. I also want to clarify that both basement bedrooms have code-compliant emergency egress windows. They are equipped with blinds, but they are present and fully functional. The comment stating there are no egress windows is simply inaccurate. With respect to the basement bathroom ceiling, it has a suspended (drop) ceiling with removable ceiling tiles. If a tile had been displaced during the stay, I certainly appreciate it being brought to my attention and will inspect it. However, there is not an open hole in the ceiling as the review suggests. We are a small, family-run business that takes pride in providing a clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. We strive to describe our property honestly so guests know exactly what to expect before they book, and we appreciate those who take the time to review the listing details and photos to ensure the home is the right fit for their stay.

When you notified me on Friday evening that one shower was draining slowly, I immediately began contacting service providers. Unfortunately, because it was the start of the weekend, the earliest available appointment was Sunday morning. Since that was the morning of your departure, I offered to have the repair completed either before checkout or after your departure, and you chose to have it completed after checkout. While I understand the inconvenience, unforeseen maintenance issues can occasionally occur in any home. Throughout your stay, the home remained fully functional, including access to both bathrooms. I responded immediately to your report, maintained communication throughout, and arranged for the earliest repair appointment available. My priority is always to respond promptly, communicate clearly, and resolve issues as quickly as circumstances allow. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and wish you all the best.
