The Space:

The home has been tastefully decorated with decor and accents that complement the space. The open-concept layout allows everyone to join in on the conversation and is ideal for entertaining. The living space features a TV, a queen-size sofa sleeper, and access to the outside balcony. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the covered patio with your morning brew in hand.



Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A toaster and a coffee maker are just a couple of the extra items available for your convenience. There is a small table for 2 and additional counter seating.



The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 1 private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with luxe linens to ensure a restful stay.



The bedroom has a king-bed, TV, and access to the bathroom, with laundry room in between.



The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit requiring you to take the stairs with 9 steps to reach the entry door.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- There is unassigned parking for 1 vehicle in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking pass can be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival..

- A laundry room with a washer/dryer in the condo is available for guest use.

- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
