No noise.... Low key after 10 pm as other people who work live in the building. TV can be on but not blasting loud. No yelling.
One parking spot only in back is reserved for guest after that you have to park on the street. One car spot reserved in the back
If you use the back yard be respectful of other guest in the building using the back yard. Pick up your trash and other belongings keep clean.

Well equipped convenient townhome in Wilmore

The home is very easy to access and close to all Wilmore has to offer. The house has been renovated with all new bedding, linens, appliances and furniture. Communication from the owner was easy and parking convenient. We will stay here again!

Perfect distance from several popular spots

The property was just as described and very easy to get to. It was centrally located between Lexington and Richmond. We had plenty of space and just a small issue with the internet/tv.
