There is no glass allowed in the hot tub or pool. There is a minimum $200 fee for leaving the pool/hot tub in poor condition.
NO unapproved events/parties/large gatherings are to be held at the property. A minimum fee of $500 will be retained for an unapproved party.
Please no food or drinks in game room. If arcade games are damaged guests will be charged a $800 fee
