This is an amazing property for a large family gathering on Lake Sinclair. Very clean and well stocked with anything you might need for a great vacation. Wonderful boathouse that serves as a great spot to hang out on the water. Plenty of parking and a quick drive from grocery stores in Milledgeville. Highly recommended!

Great house - great setting - very well stocked house. We had a few maintenance issues which were looked into quickly by the management company, that’s the only reason it’s a 4 rather than a 5.

Everything and More

These hosts know how to treat their clients. Kitchen was welled stocked. A lot of little extras. Thanks for sharing your water toys, the grandkids loved the lily pad. The opportunity to rent a boat with the property was an added bonus. Will definitely plan on staying there in the future. We spent a lot of time on the shaded dock and covered back porch.

My family (12 adults total) had an amazing stay at On The Rocks. We loved the kitchen (well equipped and great amenities), the great amount of seating in the family room, and the comfort and cleanliness of the entire house. The boat house is fantastic, and we spend most of every day enjoying it. It has comfortable furniture, under cover, and even has a TV, paired with a string wifi signal, for streaming. We made great use of the kayaks and padfle boards. Loved the full size refrigerator in the boat house as well. Could not have asked for a better stay, and definitely plan on returning in the future.

Picture Perfect

My family and I were evacuated from a hurricane in FL and Kellie made our trip a breeze. She was there for any questions we had! The house was beautiful and the view was peaceful at a time when we really needed it. The house was the best stocked house we’ve ever rented. The kitchen had all the gadgets you could imagine and there was plenty for our teenaged kids to do. We loved it! Thank you!
