This spacious lakefront getaway offers breathtaking views, room to spread out, and all the comforts you need for a relaxing escape.
Spread across three levels, this home features two cozy living room spaces—ideal for families traveling together. With five comfortable bedrooms, there’s plenty of space to sleep up to two families with ease. Outdoor living is a dream here: fire up the barbecue grill and dine outdoors.
Enjoy easy lake access, for fishing, swimming and space to park your boat.
The dock has a ladder for easy in and out of the water when swimming. Floats are also available. ~The property offers 3 levels.

~ Main level offers the kitchen, living area, master king bedroom/full master bath, a 1/2 bath with laundry room and a sprawling outdoor deck area with seating for 12 or overlooking the lake. ~Lower level has two bedrooms, two additional queen beds and a queen pull out sofa. Additional TV in the lower living area and a full bath. ~Upper level has two queen beds. ~Property is a 25 minute drive to Milledgeville. 10 minutes by boat. ~Sorry, no pets.

We arrived to a clean and beautiful home. The pictures on the site is nice but in person it’s absolutely beautiful. The spacious rooms and the well stocked kitchen. We even sat on the dock and tried to fish. This house is huge and we didn’t feel cramped up. Definitely will be staying again. Those night views from our bedroom was so tranquil. Thanks Angie for being a great host.

Beautiful, comfortable, and tranquil home that is exactly as listed. Our family/extended family rented this house during GCSU graduation weekend. There was plenty of space to wond down, catch up, and celebrate. The only downside i that there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby (38-40 minutes away). Otherwise a very nice propto relax and get away.

This place was so beautiful and so clean . The property manager / host responds immediately. I asked her if they had a Keurig so she ordered one and had it waiting at the door when we arrived . She went above and beyond . The house and lake are gorgeous. You won’t be disappointed!!

The house was really nice the kitchen was stocked with a lot of utensils, pots, etc. The only negative thing is that bedroom 5 is the same space as living room 2 which was deceiving because it makes you think you have more sleeping space but you don't. It's a couch in the same room. The host was quick at responding with any concerns I had.

After owning a home on Lake Sinclair for several years, we found the perfect location that offers a lot of sleeping space, spectacular lake views, excellent swimming off the dock and a quiet, peaceful location on the lake.
We love that we are a 10 minute boat ride to Milledgeville and a 10 minute boat ride to Crooked Creek Marina, where we love to go and enjoy great food and great cocktails!
