Merry Holiday Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect relaxing vacation rental! From our experience with the property management to the details of the space, our expectations were exceeded. Being so close to the beach meant we could be there for sunrise and sunset...even if it was from the porch.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was not cleaned. The floors were dirty, there was refuse behind doors, and one toilet seat was covered in urine even though it had the clean paper strip on it. The master bedroom mattress was very old and super uncomfortable. The fridge was broken, though they did put a loaner fridge in the dining space, it was awkward. The whole unit smelled like no cleaning products been used. They did send cleaners up after the weekend and office staff was very apologetic and returned our cleaning fee. The view and some of the decor was attractive. Overall, there are better taken care of units in this complex. We’ve rented here before and the units have been clean and in excellent condition. Not this one.
