The apartment has a full kitchen, three couches, one sofa bed, and a rollaway twin on request. A desk space is handy for working travelers. The bathroom offers a relaxing tub/shower for unwinding. Amenities include trails, a fire pit in fall/winter, and high-speed fiber internet and movie channels. Imagine tranquil seclusion; enjoy abundant wildlife, bird watching, fossil hunting, hiking/exploring, plein-air painting, or just walking the gardens and stargazing. Quaint cabin vibe with beautiful wooded area around the creek. Hospitality was top notch and the accommodations were immaculate.Perfect quiet retreat for visiting area wineries, breweries, and antique shops.

Cozy Modern Retreat

This is a clean cozy retreat in the countryside that is super calm and peaceful. Cindy was extremely responsive to questions and I really appreciated how clean she kept the property. Water pressure was great and I felt both beds were comfortable. Since the driveway is long and gravel, I would be careful about renting this property in bad weather. Cindy also has two lovely dogs who live with her so enjoy the love!

I’m an experienced host and happy to share this woodland retreat with friends and guests. I’ve tried to make it comfortable and as private as possible. I live on-site, on the main level, and am occasionally outside working on the grounds. I work some at home and some away. I'll stay out of your way because it is your retreat/vacation, after all. But I'm happy to visit if time allows and always available by text. Happy hour at the fire pit is always an option. Welcome to Creekside!

This property is secluded in the woods. The wildlife is abundant. Be still and quiet - and you’ll likely see a family of deer cross your path. Owls, herons, and songbirds are abundant. I've seen families of quail, turkey, bobcat, coyotes, armadillos, deer, fish, and a few reptiles.

What makes this property unique

It is surrounded by forests and pastures, and the nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile away. It is quiet and serene, even if you never leave the residence and walk a trail. Children are welcome with parental supervision.
