This was a nice, spacious condo for our girls trip. Close to the beach with nice quality beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and other items provided in the condo. We got a lot of use from the ice maker (in the refrigerator) as well! Indoor parking was nice, with the high temperatures. As others have mentioned, the bird sanctuary was a fun addition to the view but sometimes smelly (mostly in the garage), but it was too hot to sit outside anyway. The location was a quick drive to restaurants, shopping and excursions. The beach was clean and never crowded, which was a plus as well.

Excellent

Very clean, beds were a little uncomfortable and the sectional was a little old and could use some newer furniture. Outside of that, the condo was very clean and bathrooms were updated. Would definitely recommend for the price and location.

Fantastic place

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, great view of the FL sunset and is literally on the beach. Very well equipped - from kitchen tools to beach stuff, everything you may need. The host promptly replied my emails, even on weekend nights. Bonus: the neighbors, a bird rescue with some lovely birds you can visit for free.

Great location and beautiful beach!

Had a nice stay at Beach Cottages-1404. Unit was nice - had modern new flooring throughout and completely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Had 3 large TVs and beds were very comfortable!! Some of the furniture was dated - especially the deck furniture but it was functional. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Did not use the pool but it looked nice and was heated, Only complaint which is beyond anyone’s control is the smell and noise from bird sanctuary next door. Our balcony over looked it and at times the smell was so strong we had to move inside. We did go out and buy air fresheners and candles to try to mask the smell but they did not really help. If I was going to return to Beach Cottages I would get a unit on the other side of the building or facing the beach to avoid the noise & smell from the birds.
