LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION FOR JAN-MAR 2025.

Our condo was undamaged from the Hurricanes Milton and Helene. The condo building received minor damage and the beach and all ammenities (including pool) are fully operational. We would be happy to host anyone who lost their unit due to the storms.

This beautiful beachfront unit is part of the Gulf Shores Condominium located directly on Indian Shores Beach. The condo is on the fifth floor of a seven story building giving you stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the vast white sand beach. Unlike many of the neighboring buildings, our condo did not install Sand Dunes on the beach. Therefore, you have direct access to the Gulf without having to walk over large dunes and you are free to enjoy the amazing beach. From the living room and master bedroom you will enjoy the sounds of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen window affords another waterfront view of the Intracoastal waterway and parkland, making this a unique setting with water views from both front and back. It is a truly fantastic location nestled between St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beaches.

Discover a variety of shorebirds as you enjoy walks along one of Florida’s finest beaches, take a dip in the heated pool or watch the dolphins from the comfort of your own balcony. Experience world class dining at a variety of local restaurants or take a short trolley ride to John's Pass for shopping, deep sea fishing and many other tourist attractions. The condo is 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and 90 minutes from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning and Devil Rays.

This unit has been fully renovated and features elegant florida decor, a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and granite counter-tops, 2 full bathrooms, master bedroom with new king-sized pillow top mattress, updated furniture in every room and a beautifully decorated interior. Additional features include washer and dryer in the unit, two flat screen TVs, cable, and high-speed internet access.

Perfect as always!

When you can get away for a long stay somewhere that makes you smile 24/7 then life is good. This is our second stay with Paul and it as always exceeds our expectations. We love the location, the owners are outstanding and excellent with communication, and it is just the perfect size for the two of us. We won't stay anywhere else. The Most Beautiful Condo on the Gulf

We want to thank Paul and Sarah for sharing their home with our family. The Home is decorated exactly the way I would have decorated a beach home. You did a fabulous job!! We stayed June 29- July 16th. 2018. Part of our family lives in Florida and we are from Ohio. It was so nice to have this beautiful condo to reconnect with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. Thank you so much for everything. This condo is right in the middle of everything you will want to do around the Clearwater/ Tampa area. We was on the beach every day, it was nice to be right on the beach. We did not have far to walk to put your toes in the water. We watched dolphin everyday, we had visits of stingrays and sharks. This is absolutely the most beautiful breathtaking view of the Gulf Shores and Sunsets!!! Paul was very nice and caring that everything was perfect for our vacation. Thanks Again Paul and Sarah

Lovely but few things could be better

Pros: Phenomenal view. Can’t beat it. Old building but unit has had moderate renovations. Nicely appointed with everything you need. Easy parking access. Loved our walks on the beach. The beach has just had (according to locals) a $50 million rejuvenation with new white sand pumped in. It’s fantastic. Cons: no laundry in unit ...downstairs at $5 for the card and $1.75/machine/load. Need a car ...not much in walking distance. Bedroom didn’t have the promised TV box. Paul was quick to respond and try to resolve but we ended up driving around to 2 Spectrum locations to pick one up (hubby likes his bedroom TV). The upper rack of the dishwasher was broken and couldn’t be used. Our check in was 4, we arrived at 415 but cleaner had arrived only a few minutes before us... she asked us to come back. We came back at 630 and she was just finishing. Cleaning could be better - we temporarily misplaced a tv remote and searched under couch cushions. There must be a half a bag of potato chips under the cushions ... along with a comb. Lots of dust under the furniture (also seen while searching for remote). Suggest a new cleaner! We gave the rating as 4-star because of the views, it’s right on the newly refurbished beach, it’s a decent unit, well appointed and it’s priced friendlier than most others in this area.

Wonderful location

We stayed in Paul's condo for 3 excellent weeks. This property is very well equipped with brilliant views from the balcony. Paul was very easy to contact when we had a small problem getting in to the apartment, which was quickly resolved. We would highly recommend this property.

Superb beach side property

We stayed at Indian Shores Gulfview Apartments at the end of September and had a great stay, the apartment is furnished to a high standard and the views and sound of the waves from the balcony were amazing. The condo is actually a lot bigger than the pics portray, and it is well kitted out with kitchen appliances and utensils, the showers were great with good water pressure, and the air con kept the living areas at a comfortable temperature. Our only comment would be that it was a slight inconvenience to not have a washer/dryer in the apartment, and having to pay for the on-site ones was unfortunate. The location was great too, a short run into either Clearwater or St. Pete's was straightforward, and there were plenty of supermarkets nearby. Restaurants were plentiful, our favourite being the Seabreeze a 2 minute drive away, setting terrific (on the Intracoastal), Happy Hour until 6pm and the food was amazing! All in all we had a great break, and thanks to Paul and Sarah for opening up their home to us.

Great Property - Amazing Location-Relaxing stay!

Twice a year our family chooses a beach place at Indian Shores, we like this lovely place, love to swim and like beautiful white sand and warm water. Definitely it is a perfect location and was only a short drive to Clearwater. We enjoyed our visit in this very inviting condo and spent 2 weeks vacation. Excellent place to stay while visiting the beach. The condo was perfect for our family and Paul was great and easy to communicate with from the 1st day. During our stay we contacted by phone and email several times to ensure everything is fine. The kitchen and rooms were updated beautifully. The condo had everything you needed for enjoy –TV,wifi, all kitchen stuff and beach chairs .The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in away from my home. It was great seeing sunset and the dolphins from the balcony. The view was spectacular. There are many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby to spend your time. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to vacation and hope to visit it next year!

Perfect beach vacation spot!

The condo was beautiful and had everything you needed just bring your swim suit and toothbrush and your good to go. You can't get any closer to the beach right out your balcony, beautiful sunsets and dolphins swimming by everyday, such a beautiful thing to see. The condo had everything you needed from kitchen stuff to beach chairs everything thought of. The complex was very nice everyone's so friendly and keep extremely clean. Very nice pool small but we usually had it to ourselves anyways. If your looking for a quiet place away from all the crowds this is prefect! Also the condo is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. There is nothing negative I can say about this place it was perfect!

Great Value

It is not often that you find a vacation rental right on the beach that lives up to its listing, but this unit exceeds on all fronts. It is very clean, well maintained and up to date with granite counters, modern stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds and two generous-sized high definition television screens. We enjoyed views of the Gulf to the west and the inland waterway to the east. In this monthly rental building we were able to avoid the noise and commotion that we have come to associate with the younger populations in short-term rentals accommodation. Although the unit is rented monthly the cost is less than most other condos on the beach charge for a two-week stay. We found this unit very good value for the dollar. It is an all-inclusive rate with no hidden costs added on for cleaning fees, parking charges, damage deposits, etc. The building is also well-maintained and the pool area and walkways are cleaned daily. While we were here in December the entire building was repainted. It has a fresh new look. The owners, Sarah and Paul, were a pleasure to deal with. We plan to return again and would recommend this condo highly to vacationers who value a restful and trouble-free stay.

Excellent Vacation Condo

We have had the pleasure of renting this beautiful condo the last three years for six weeks, and planning to return again this year. The Condo is always very clean upon arrival and well equipped with all the necessities that make our stay so enjoyable. Colours are so bright and pleasing and lots of beach originated decor. Beautiful quiet beach to walk in the morning, and excellent sunsets in the evening. This is a very good central location with lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in the area. We would not hesitate to recommend this Condo to anyone, and the owners Paul & Sarah are the most accommodating couple as renters. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Retreat

Recently had the fortune of staying at this condo for two weeks. It was perfect vacation spot for my two small children. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. Everything you possibly need was provided. Even had a storage locker with beach chairs. We opted to rent the lounge chairs at the next door property. Very few people on the beach or in the pool on any given time. Perfect for a relaxing break. Condo is exactly as it appears in the photos And the owner was great to work with you.

Wonderful Stay - Spa-like Vibe

This unit was sleek, clean, inviting and perfectly decorated. Soothing colors, new appliances, wood floors and just enough beach-y touches to be comfortable and relaxed -without screaming 'beach condo'. We have stayed in several condos from Clearwater to St. Pete and have seen it all. We will definitely return to this one! The owners, Paul and Sarah were quick to reply and a joy to work with. We have family and friends who own in this building, and I'm pretty sure this unit has inspired some of them to remodel :) Everything you need within the condo is provided. Guidelines for use of the unit, and the Gulf Shores building, are clear and manageable. Parking is limited to two spots (and enforced). The pool is located on the street side of the building and is a perfect size for a dip after the beach. My husband and I stayed with our two teenage daughters comfortably. Our two college age daughters visited for day trips and a dinner here and there (try the Conch Republic)... The condo was perfect for us; we will look back and smile. Just bring your favorite beach towels, sunblock and enjoy!

Highly Recommended

We have just returned from our restful and rejuvenating vacation at this condo in the Gulf Shores Condominiums. While we have often vacationed in this vicinity, our experience at this condo has probably been our best. The owner's "attention to detail" is to be commended. The decor is tasteful and calming, the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The extremely comfortable king bed and bedding were much to our liking. It is a pleasure to rent a unit where the kitchen and appliances (both large and small) have been updated and all the tools necessary for daily life are readily accessible and in working order. We also appreciated the updated bathrooms and the cleanliness of the unit upon our arrival. Finally, the "Welcome Binder" made living at the condo hassle free. It contained all the information relevant to living in the unit as well as recommendations for eateries and emergency numbers etc. What a great idea! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone needing a "great" place to stay. The listing descriptions are accurate in every respect. We hope to return.

Quiet and Relaxing Vacation on the Beach

My wife and I are recently retired Canadians and we were delighted to discover this condo. It is in a quiet, well maintained and clean building with many retirees who return year after year. The condo offers sensational waterfront views to both the coastal waterway on the east and the Gulf on the west. The recent updates and renovations to the unit give it a like-new feel with modern amenities and conveniences. The unlimited long-distance calling and high speed internet connections were particularly welcome allowing us to stay in touch with our family in Canada. We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach and the fabulous sunsets from the balcony in the evenings. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins, ospreys, pelicans and interesting varieties of shore birds. There are several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and we found a very friendly Publix for all our grocery needs within a five-minute drive. We were most impressed by the obvious care and attention which the owners devoted to their condo and the many small personal touches they used to make our stay so enjoyable. There was so much to do and see in the area that our two-month stay passed all too quickly. This condo is ideal for people who value a quiet, relaxed holiday on the Gulf Coast in Florida.

We vacationed as a family for several years in this area and fell in love with Indian Shores and this condominium in particular. We decided to purchase a family vacation property, which we have opened up to friends and renters.

Why they chose this property

The Gulf Shores Condominium is known for having one of the largest and best maintained beaches on the Gulf. Unlike the majority of neighboring buildings, Guld Shores elected not to install sand dunes on the beach. This means that you can easily access the Gulf without having to walkover large sand dunes. Additionally, the building is exceptionally clean, quiet and safe. It offers gorgeous water views from both sides. We enjoy looking at the inter-costal while making food in the kitchen and the sunsets from the living room and Master suite are truly amazing. Since this is our family's home away from home, it is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
