This cabin was perfect for us. It sits out just far enough off of town to enjoy the peace, but close enough to quickly get to attractions. The cabins were closer than we thought, but no one complained about our noisy kiddo lol. Family friendly for sure!

My little dog did great in the cabin and had lots of space outdoors to walk. Cabin was very clean and well stocked in kitchen and bathroom- very comfortable. Private country location but also very close and convenient for restaurants and shopping.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you and your little dog enjoyed the stay and found the cabin comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It’s great to know you appreciated the peaceful country setting while still being close to nearby shops and restaurants. We’d love to welcome you both back for another relaxing getaway soon!
My partner and I had a great time staying at this cabin! Can be a little difficult finding the cabin if you’re arriving at night, but very easy to locate during the day. This was a gorgeous cabin, very comfy & cozy, and just the right size for 2-4 people. Not too far from Downtown Eureka Springs. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in or near Eureka Springs!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad to hear that you and your partner had a wonderful time at the cabin. We agree that it’s a bit easier to find during the day, but we're happy you were able to enjoy the cozy atmosphere and the proximity to Downtown Eureka Springs. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to host you again soon!
It really was a nice day it was just unfortunate that the front porch thing was broken when we got there and the back door came off its hinge that was a little scary not being able to use the door or thinking it might fall on us but I hope that your team can get these things situated better for the next guest and maybe our next time will be even more excellent. Also the fireplace still had old soot and Ash from the last guests that was not as nice but it was cozy and we felt safe and heard so thank you for that.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm really glad to hear that, despite the challenges, you had a nice day and felt safe and heard. I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the front porch, back door, and fireplace. Your experience is important to us, and I completely understand how those things could have been frustrating.
Rest assured, I’ve already informed our team to look into these repairs and ensure everything is in better condition for future guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’ll make sure to improve for your next stay. I hope we’ll have the chance to provide you with an even better experience in the future.
Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
We were informed day of check-in that a mouse had been spotted by the former guests. We decided to stay anyway, we'd planned an entire weekend here and they said they had sanitized the place and set traps. As soon as we got there we saw mouse droppings on the kitchen counter and a mouse ran behind the stove. Too late to change plans, we stayed overnight, but left as soon as we could the following morning. I spent the entire next day trying to get a refund for the night we didn't spend, getting the run-around all day. I still have not received confirmation it's been refunded.

Thank you for your feedback. For the sake of clarity and to reassure future guests, we’d like to address a few key points. Before your check-in, we proactively informed you about a previous guest’s report of a possible mouse sighting—even though no signs were found by our housekeeping team during their inspection. We shared this information out of transparency and to give you the option to either proceed with your stay, request a relocation, or cancel if you were uncomfortable. You chose to move forward with the reservation, and we fully respected that decision.
As a precautionary measure—not due to any confirmed issue—we sanitized the property thoroughly, placed traps, and arranged for a licensed pest control professional to inspect and treat the home. These steps were taken to ensure the home was safe, clean, and ready for occupancy.
Regarding your refund, it was processed accordingly once requested. If there was any delay, it was only due to the standard investigation required for any reported issue. This is a necessary step to ensure fair handling for both guests and property owners.
We regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we remain confident in the steps we took before and during your stay. Guest comfort and transparency are priorities we take seriously, and we will continue to uphold these standards across all of our properties.
