Excellent check-in instructions and really appreciated self check-in.No laundry access is a con and based on guests’ needs may require additional pre-planning.Bedrooms were available as listed. Property is in need of a refresh; linens, towels, replacements blinds in some areas and downstairs bathroom has damp odor. Property was noticeably clean. Excellent location, walking distance to great restaurants, grocery store and subway.

The property was clean, although the broom and a mop was not were we could find it...we did eventually find the broom, but no mop. The property assistant was very attentive and friendly which was great and the local shops and markets were nearby easy for quick runs for coffee, breakfast and essentials. We were out and about mostly but when in the property, there was only 1 TV...a 2nd for the lower level would be great for future guest. This property is a hidden gem, literally, when driving up you dont see it...a friendly neighbor assisted us in finding it....overall I would recommend this for groups and book this property in the future.

Our group of 11 family members had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, situated on a quiet street just a couple of blocks from the subway and a local market, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the layout felt for a group of our size. The apartment is split into two levels, accessed by front stairs from the sidewalk. The main floor features three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a sitting area. Downstairs, you will find an additional bedroom, an extra bed, an air hockey table, and a second bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is no TV, but we were so busy touring that we didn't miss it at all. On-site laundry is available for a fee. It was a bit chilly during our stay, but space heaters were supplied. Communication with the owner was good. Note that in addition to VRBO, they use a third-party system to handle a lengthy rental contract and check-in instructions. Overall, this was a fantastic, spacious choice for our family vacation!
