The cottage is cozy, fully contained has a seaside deck and patio furniture. This rental property is located in beautiful East Sooke, British Columbia, Canada. This East Sooke Cottage has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 1 bathroom, a floor area of 900 sq. ft. and a max occupancy of 4 renters. The base rental rate (before extra person fees if any are applicable) is for 4 occupants. Well behaved pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets and a one time pet fee if $25.00 per pet.

I live next door with my husband Doug and our Standard Poodle Lewy who is very friendly yet looks like white lightning when racing to the gate to say 'Hi'. My goal (that I gratefully work toward) is to ensure that guests feel welcome the moment they walk through the door...fresh flowers, Scones or Cookies await and I will happily put my concierge hat if asked. What makes this property unique

Ann's Seaside Cottage is situated on a no thru street on Sooke Harbour with easy steps to a small pebble beach, with a beautiful handcrafted picnic bench under the apple trees close to the sea...it doesn't get better than that....we even had a beautiful wedding underneath the apple trees!

The cottage is funky, clean, a well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, wifi, electric fireplace, books, games, binoculars...a very cozy place to call home for a few days or a few weeks.
