A refundable security/damage deposit of 25 percent of the rent is due on arrival.
Security Deposit amount will be determined by Property Manager when they speak with Guest.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 80.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.
Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of $40 per day per service.

Lake and or Beach

Property is near water.
Okanagan lake is a 10 minute walk from the property. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is a public boat launch ramp and dock.
Penticton has 2 amazing lakes Okanagan and Skaha Lakes each at opposite ends Primrose Place is a 5 to10 minute walk. you can walk or bike to pretty much everything, a bus route is steps away from the house. Right in the hub but and close to everything but were tucked away. There is parking right out front.

Snow Skiing and Boarding

Ski/Board Out is a 30 minute walk to a 30 minute transit/shuttle ride. Ski/Board In is a 10 minute walk to a 30 minute transit/shuttle ride.
Apex ski Resort is half an hour away
