Amazing unit, very close to the lake! Enjoyed our week stay. Everything was clean, and kitchen well appointed with whatever tool/pots etc. It is a 3rd floor walk up, which wasn't quite clear, but apart from that, a perfect stay!

This is a very nice apartment! The upstairs sundeck is delightful with a good view (over the rooftop of a motel) of the lake and mountains. It's very neat and clean with attention paid to small details. A full kitchen and laundry facilities make it feel like a home.Simi and her husband are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Simi's Lakeside Lounge was the perfect place from which to enjoy all that Penticton has to offer. The location was excellent right next to the beach, and near great restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown shopping. The condo was clean and comfortable, with two great deck areas and a well-stocked kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Clean, well appointed, great location

Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location close to the beach, very walkable. There are lots of stairs for the unit but was no problem for us. Owners communicated well, quick responses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Simi's condo during our time in Penticton. Simi was a wonderful host, was prompt, reliable and kind. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, organized, lots of space in the kitchen for our stuff. I felt right at home. Five stars plus from us! Would stay here again and again.
