Located at the Base of the Alpine Meadows Chair

Ski right to your back door at the base of the "Alpine Meadows" chair. Less than 5 minute walk to the village. This home is well maintained and classy. Not rustic. Steps to the Alpine Meadows Chair and the best place to ski when there is fresh powder. This chalet can accommodate 10 people, so it's great for families vacationing together. It has a well equipped, spacious kitchen, a BBQ on the front deck, and outdoor parking for 4 vehicles. The high ceiling in the living room makes it especially bright and spacious. Perfect for cross country skiers too. 6 person hot tub right outside your living room window. Watch the kids play with their snow toys from the comfort of your living room as there is small hill.(We supply some) We have 3 sets of snow shoes you are free to use. There are usually rudimentary hockey sticks and pucks you may use. (Bring a puck as they go missing) There is a guitar.
There is a ski room right off the back deck for storing all of your ski gear. It has a shelf, a clothing rod, some pegs and two chairs. There is a ski locker right outside the back door........ The living room, dining room and kitchen are one long room, with a view to the Attridge face of the mountain...... The dining room has a large wood table and 8 chairs. There is an eating bar beside it........ The living room has modern decor, with a hardwood floor, leather couch, love-seat and chair. The room has a high ceiling and lots of windows. There is a cozy gas fireplace, and large wood coffee table (which holds books for children and grown-ups), a floor lamp and a large wood entertainment centre that holds the TV, CD player, DVD player, and speakers....... Beside the living room is a tiled area with a bench, for skiers to get ready when heading out to ski. The 'equipment room' is right beside it.
Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit is for damage, parking infractions, damage due to animals and quiet time infractions.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are allowed.
Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds)
Pets allowed:Cat, Dog
A security deposit of 200.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Deposit applicability: Any number of pets.
A guest must request this optional service.
Maximum allowed: Two Pets
You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them..
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Snow Skiing and Boarding

Ski/Board Out is directly to a downhill run from the property. Ski/Board In is directly back to the property (no walking).
