The property is within three miles of Two Mile Run County Park. Two Mile Run County Park is perfect for mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. Oil Creek State Park is within 25 minutes which is full of hiking trails. There are three golf courses within 5 minutes. The property is centrally located between Franklin, Oil City, and Titusville. All three towns offer an array of activities, brewery, shopping, coffee shops, and dining.

Beautiful private lot with a great yard and plenty of parking. Kitchen was stocked well and the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and laid out well. We enjoyed seeing wildlife in the backyard ( a beaver and bunny visited). Was a great experience.
