This was a perfect place for us. It was clean and in a quiet area. The listing was confusing because it says living room 1 and living room 2 pullout couches. There is only 1 living room with 2 pullout couches. Otherwise it was great.

This was a wonderful property for our stay near DC. The place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood.The owner was communicative, and had stocked the pantry with useful items that we fully appreciated after our long drive from NYC. Would definitely choose again.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be coming back. Great hosts, very communicative, listing is extremely accurate & very clean! You cannot go wrong staying here. So close to so many things! Excellent place to stay! Adequate parking for 2 vehicles, easy access, and even had laundry facilities.

Property was as advertised. Very clean and they even left juice and milk in the fridge. There were other guests at an adjacent property and so parking was a little complicated because the other guests boxed us in, but it was quickly resolved and not the fault of the host. We would stay here again.

Staying at 8904 Talbot Ave was absolutely wonderful! The place was exceptional! It was so clean and had such thoughtful accommodations. And only 20 mins from the White House and DC Memorials. The place was beautiful and had everything you could want or need.It was a great stay.
